Dennis started his journey in 1974 at Clarion University where he studied Liberal Arts & Psychology. In 1977 he went on to West Georgia University where he achieved a masters in Psychology and Organizational Development. Dennis spent the next 25 years as a Management Consultant in Human Resources and Organizational Development, working with clients across the USA.
Dennis became a licensed loan originator in 2003 and was soon introduced to the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) also known as the Reverse Mortgage. He knew then that he wanted to spend the rest of his career helping seniors find financial security in retirement. Dennis also knew that educating seniors as well as financial professionals was a huge key to unlocking the knowledge needed to understand the many possibilities a reverse mortgage can provide a homeowner that is 62 or older.
Dennis conducts many professional training ‘Lunch and Learn’ programs on reverse mortgages for financial planners, attorneys and other professionals. He currently teaches Reverse Mortgage Continuing Education classes for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and is also a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).
Dennis was the Co-Founder of ‘Facilitator’ where he organized CEO Alliance in which CEO’s work alongside each other to drive organizational growth and process improvement. He also designed and presented the ‘Carpe Diem’ program written about in INC Magazine.
